How do I return or exchange an item?

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything to us and we commit to make this process as easy as possible!

All returns must be sent back with the Returns/Exchange Form which you can download by clicking HERE

Return/exchange policy

You can return your purchased item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure your item(s) are in the original condition. You can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches SportWolf - remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it. To avoid any issues with your returns, we highly recommend you sending the parcel on a recorded delivery.

All we ask is that you make sure the order number is confirmed on your Returns/Exchange Form, and whether you want a refund or an exchange of any items. We can't take care of your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel.

If you'd like to return your item for an exchange, we'll send your replacement to the address noted on your Returns/Exchange Form (Please make sure you include full correct address).

All refunds are issued against the original payment method used on your order and will reach you within 7 working days of SportWolf receiving your return. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, confirming whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Exchanged items will be dispatched on a FREE delivery service within 7 working days of your return being processed. If there are any issues with your return, you will be contacted by email or phone (if provided).

 


Please note:

  • If any returned items are covered in human/animal hair will not be accepted
  • If any items are no longer sold on the website, cannot be returned for exchange or refund
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any SALE items
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items, which have been washed/ironed/damaged or worn

Damaged items

If you believe your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, please contact our customer support team via email support@sportwolf.co.uk We’ll ask you to return the faulty item as we may need to pass it to our quality control team. If the item has a faulty damage we will replace it and send it back to the original address or process a refund if requested. Please download, print and fill out the Returns/Exchanges Form indicating the return reason (reason number 4) and send back the item to us together with the filled out form.

We will sort it out quickly and efficiently, all return costs you spend to return the damaged item will be reimbursed.

 

I have received a wrong item

If by any chance one of our SportWolf team members has dispatched you a wrong item, please contact us immediately or download, print and fill out the Returns/Exchanges Form indicating the return reason (reason number 7) and send back the item to us together with the filled out form.

We will sort it out quickly and efficiently, all return costs you spend to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed.
